I am very happy to combine postage and packing costs for multiple buys.  P&P charges are accumulative on the check out page.   I will adjust any payment you have made by paypal, refunding the overpayment, or if you choose to pay by  Google Checkout then no payment is taken until I have packaged your items and worked out P&P costs.  If you wish me to invoice you directly by paypal then please contact me with the list of items you would like.
