I live in Canada and want to order some patterns - do you post abroad?

I am very happy to accept orders from outside of the UK - however payment must be made by Paypal or Google Checkout.  I cannot accept cheques from outside of the UK so please do not choose the cheque option on the payment page.


I want to order several patterns but the postage is mounting up - can you combine postage and packing costs?

If patterns which you order are going to the same address I will always try to package them together and combine postage and packing costs.  You can either pay by Paypal as normal and I will refund the extra cost back when I have posted your patterns, or you can email me and ask for a combined invoice.   With Google Checkout I can adjust the cost before the payment is taken from your card.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Items are sent out asap - generally within five days of cleared payment.  If there are any delays I will contact you to let you know.

Items are sent out well packaged to ensure that they arrive safely.  Packing is charged at approximately £1 per item (this is included in the p&p charges quoted).

If you buy more than one item I will combine postage and packing costs.

Should postage and packing costs come in lower than quoted you will receive a refund on your overpayment.

Can I send you a cheque for my order?

I accept cheques for orders within the United Kingdom.   Please makes cheques payable to: Pyewackett.
