Contains instructions to make the following:

lady's straight stole - worked in hair-pin crochet.  Made in Patons Beehive Fingering 2-ply,  Patonised.  Measures 59" x 22". 

lady's circular shawl - worked in hair-pin crochet.  Made in Patons Halcyon Knitting 2-ply.  Measures 35" in diameter.  (picture 2)

girl's sun-suit and jacket - knitted in Patons Fair Isle Fingering.  In one size to fit approx age of 7 to 8 years.

boy's trunks - knitted in Patons Fair Isle fingering.  To fit ages 5 to 7 years.

lady's gloves - crocheted in Strutt's Milford Knitting Cotton No. 8

man's sport's sweater - knitted in Patons Purple Heather Fingering, 4-ply.  In two sizes to fit 36" - 38", and 39" - 41" chest.  (picture 4)

lady's twin set - knitted in Patons Beehive Fingering 2-ply, Patonised.  In two sizes to fit 33" - 34", and 35" - 36".  (main picture)

lady's jumper with tiny stripes on neckline and short sleeves - knitted in Patons Beehive Fingering 3-ply.  In one size to fit 33" - 34" bust.  (picture 5)

lady's v-neck blouse - knitted in Patons Purple Heather Fingering 3-ply.  In one size to fit 35" - 36" bust.  (picture 5 in green)

lady's sleeveless sweater - knitted in Patons Beehive Fingering 3-ply, Patonised.  In one size to fit 33" - 34" bust.  (picture 5 in pink)

There are also some embroidery and cut work designs which required the purchase of additional transfers/patterns - these are of course no longer available.

Towards the back of the magazine are advertisements.

The magazine has some wear to the edges and corners, including turned corners.  Minor creasing from handling.  Staples clean and holding firm.  Slight browning towards edges of pages.
