Terms and Conditions

By using our website you are signifying acceptance of our Privacy & Cookies Policy, and our Terms & Conditions.  If you do not agree with these then you should leave our site immediately and do not place an order with us.

Our Items

The majority of our items in our shop are vintage, and have been previously owned.  We aim to describe them as fully as possible.   Please be aware that these are not new items, and there will be some wear and tear.

It is your responsibility to read the item descriptions.

All prices are shown in £ Sterling. 

All items are sold subject to availability.  We aim to keep stock levels as accurate as possible however if we have attended a selling event and the item you have ordered has been sold at this event, it may still come up as "in stock" on the webshop.  If this is the case your payment will be refunded in full.

Payment for our items may be made by Paypal, Postal Order (UK only), and Cheque (UK only),.

Delivery Information

Items are sent out asap - generally within five days of cleared payment. If there are any delays I will contact you to let you know.

Items are sent out by Royal Mail although ocassionally we may use a courier service.

Items are sent out well packaged to ensure that they arrive safely. Packing is charged at approximately £1 per item (this is included in the p&p charges quoted).

If you buy more than one item I will combine postage and packing costs.

Should postage and packing costs come in lower than quoted you will receive a refund on your overpayment.

In the unlikely event of damage or breakages we will offer a replacement, if one is available, or a full refund.

Cancellation of Orders

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are completely within your rights to cancel your order for any items ordered on this website.  You have the right to cancel your order before the order has been delivered and for 14 working days after delivery.

All items must be returned unused.

It is part of your contract with us that if you cancel an order after delivery to you (for any reason other than that the goods are faulty or do not comply with the order) then you must pay for the return of the goods to us ie pay the postage costs, and that the items should be well packaged to avoid damage.

Returns Policy

I aim to describe all items as accurately as possible. Should you have any problems please do contact me.

If you feel that an item has been described inaccurately or is not as expected then you are within your rights to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.

All items must be returned unused.

If an order arrives damaged, we may need for it to be returned to use, if that is the case then we will refund your postage costs.

Your information

We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection laws.

We will never disclose your personal details to third parties.
